Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data we process through adverde.ro, for what purpose, and what your rights are, in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

01What data we collect

adverde.ro is a presentation website, with no user accounts and no forms that send data to our servers.

• Correspondence: if you contact us by e-mail (including via the "Send the brief" button, which opens your own e-mail app), we process the data you voluntarily provide: name, e-mail address, phone number and the content of your message.
• The moodboard generator runs entirely in your browser — the text you type is not transmitted to us and is not stored by us.

02Cookies

This website does not set its own cookies and does not use traffic analytics or advertising tools.

03Third-party services

To display the site correctly, your browser loads resources (fonts, graphics libraries) from external providers: Google Fonts, Fontshare (Indian Type Foundry) and jsDelivr. With these requests, the providers may automatically receive your IP address and technical browser data, according to their own privacy policies. We do not control and are not responsible for the processing carried out by these third parties.

04Purpose and legal basis

We process correspondence data exclusively to respond to your requests and to prepare offers at your request (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest, art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

05Storage period

We keep correspondence for as long as necessary for the purpose of the communication and for any legal obligations, after which it is deleted.

06Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, as well as the right to withdraw your consent where processing is based on it. To exercise these rights, write to office@adverde.ro — we reply within 30 days.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) — www.dataprotection.ro.

07Security

We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect correspondence data against unauthorised access, loss or disclosure.

08Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the current version, with the date of the last update, is permanently published on this page.
